Here’s how it works:
  1. Submit your request. Fill out our take-back form or email takeback@oopen.space with your address and sales receipt.
  2. Assessment visit. Our team will schedule an inspection within two (2) business days, or you may bring the panels directly to our office.
  3. Upgrade, recycle, or trade. Within 3–5 days, we’ll notify you if your panels qualify for refurbishment, resale, or recycling — much like Apple’s trade-in program.
